upgrade problems in MOA 2007 Pro

I've had to uninstall and re-install three times just to be able to enter
some transactions. However, it seems to automatically upgrade the
application then it will not read my file. It attempts to upgrade the file
but fails. I've spent 3 hours on the phone with customer support and over 20
hours trying to get this to work. I would have a hard time recommending this
software to any of my clients.

You may want to use the link below to post this directly to the MS Office Accounting Discussion group as well and include there
additional information such as Windows version and if this was a new Office Accounting installation or an upgrade from a prior
version (etc).
