Upgrade problems

I just upgraded to Outlook 2003 and I now have no contacts in my address book
and also all of my emails I had saved are also gone. Any Ideas???

You are possibly using a completely new PST file with the new Unicode
support. Search for your old one ( a rather large file, possibly hidden,
with a .PST extension), Open it and copy the required data to your new
default PST.
