Upgrade to 2003 from 2000

Hi,

We are just starting to plan our upgrade to Office 2003 from 2000.

We use Citrix and have about 10,000 users.

Does anybody know of any good resources or guides? For the 2000
implementation we had the Microsoft Press book: Deploying Office 2000 Notes
fro the Field but can not find anything like that for Office 2003.

Anything to do with the upgrade process, changes for users, advice from
other large sites who have already done this would be good.
