Upgrade to a faster computer

I cannot seem to find an answer to the following question. I have officexp
(I bought at retail) which works fine. At the end of the year I want to
replace my slow PC for a faster one. Since activation on assigned to this
machine, how or who do I call to reload and activate on a brand new machine
without buying another license for the entire Office XP from Dell, etc

You cannot find an answer?! As this is an FAQ this implies you've not
