Upgrade to FP03 and no db results

Try this, please excuse the caps, it's a cut and paste from a post by Paul Bushnell

I TOOK A COPY OF THE FILE "fpdbrgn1.inc" FROM THE FOLDER "_fpclass" FROM A WEB
THAT I HAD STORED ON MY HARD DISK LAST YEAR AND COPIED IT TO THE SAME FOLDER ON
THE WEB SERVER OF ONE OF MY WEBS THAT HAS BEEN EXPERIENCING THE ERROR - AND
GUESS WHAT??? ALL QUERIES WORK AGAIN!!!!
