Upgrade to Mac Office from Windows Office

Hi,
I'm currently using MS Office 2003. I'm switching to Mac
and I wanted to know if there is a cross platform upgrade
available or if the Office 2004 for Mac upgrade will
recognize my Windows Office license from the cd.
