upgrade to Office from Microsoft Works SE

I know Microsoft Works 9 or Microsoft Works suite qualifies for the upgrade
to an Office suite, but does that include Microsoft Works SE 9.0? Or does is
have to be specifically, Microsoft Works 9.0 (i.e. it can't be the SE
version)?

I want to make sure the SE version is acceptable before I purchase the
upgrade.

Thanks, But I've seen this chart already. It makes no mention of SE versions,
so I wanted to clarify. Perhaps SE versions dont qualify afterall.
