Upgrade to Office with Vista

Just got a machine with Vista which has MS Works 9.0 installed. Want to
upgrade to Office Prodessional 2007 from the discs I used to upgrade my old
computer. Keep getting the message "Can't find upgradeable product".

Saw a post about running KB943290_en-US to fix Works so it would be
recognized, but that didn't work.
