upgrade visio 2003 standard to pro

I have Visio 2003 Standard. Purchased an upgrade to Visio 2003 Pro. Recieve a
"qualifying product" error when trying to install. Is their a way to upgrade
visio 2003 standard to visio 2003 professional?
