We have been using Office for Student Teacher 2004. We now have a home based business. Does Office:mac Student Teacher Edition qualify for the upgrade to Office 2008?

No it does not. And, you can not use Office 2008 student version for a home
business. You will need to purchase a full Office 208 copy for each
computer.

Hi Bob;

My understanding is different :)

As I understand it, S/T versions *do* qualify for upgrade pricing if
upgrading *to* one of the other editions. What you *can't* do is upgrade
*to* an S/T-Home/Student edition, regardless of what you're upgrading
*from*. There's no upgrade pricing for Home/Student. Copied from Mactopia:
