Can I upgrade to the Microsoft Office Professional Ed 2003 or Small Business
Editions (2003) from the Microsoft Office 2000 Professional Academic Edition?
I got the academic version when I qualified for it, but I no longer qualify.

You cannot upgrade....you'll need to purchase a "Full Version" of Office.
