Upgraded from Outlook 2002 to 2003 now can't connect to server

After upgrading outlook 03 to 04 I can not connect to the server. IN control panel > mail, it will verify my name. But when I bring up outlook and supply my passwd it generates this error message:= Cannot start Microsoft Office Outlook. Unable to open the Outlook window. The set of folders could not be opened. Please help... My IS people are no help

Try creating a new mail profile in Control Panel | Mail | Show Profiles --
see if the new profile works better.
