upgraded norton internet security & lost sheet # bar on excel

after the long upgrading process, i lost the bar near the bottom of the
screen. it's the one that shows you what's open but minimized. i also lost
the bar at the bottom of excel spreadsheets that shows sheet numbers. HELP!
