Upgraded Office 2000 to 2003 - lost clip art

Hi,

We upgraded to Office 2003 - now the clip art collections know about the
media content art - but cannot find it - as we've lost the media content cd.

I guess we need to request a copy of the CD from Microsoft.

Any other options - eg how to "forget" the clip art and just use the
latest/web art?

Thanks,
Chris

Hi Chris,

It's not entirely clear what update scenario you followed. Office 2003 does not have a Media CD, but generally an upgrade scenario
won't remove the existing clipart by default. The basic premise in Office 2003 is that users can access the
http://office.microsoft.com/clipart from the Insert=>Clipart taskpane rather than load all of the graphics. You can adjust the
options and the search criteria for graphics from inside the Clipart Taskpane in the Office 2003 apps.

Office 2000 CDs are no longer available from Microsoft.
