The userid and password is not associated with a MDB file, it is associated
with the MDW workgroup fiel. It would indicate that the Admin user has a
password assigned.

Sign on with the Admin UserID and password and then remove the password.

Alternatively, use the Microsoft Workgroup Administrator to join a workgroup
with no password.

As a last resort, delete the SYSTEM.MDW fiel and when you reopen Access it
will create a new one with no password.
