Upgraded to Outlook 2003 , not getting delivery receipts now,Why?

I upgraded from 2002 to 2003
I know how to mark messages to get delivery receipts.
I'm doing this...but I am not getting any delivery receipts now so I don't
know if they are reaching location or not.
What shoudl I do

Send a piece of mail to yourself with a receipt and see if you get it.
