upgraded visio 03 to 07 on pc - bought a new pc but can't load

don't have original disc for visio 03 - new pc won't load upgrade

If you check the forum, I believe there's an 800 number that you can call MS
on regarding lost media. I believe they do require proof-of-purchase.
