Upgrading Access97 to 2003

My work is thinking of upgrading from its current Access97 to the 2003 version.

I am of the understading that there can be major problems with doing this as
you can struggle to open databases created on Access97 (and 2000) on
Office2003.

Does anybody know what these problems are and if there are any ways to solve
them.

Well, first, if your code used methods, syntax, or properties that was
obsolete in Access 2, you will need to remove references to it.
