Upgrading from 2002

I currently use Office 2002 Professional. Would Office 2007 Pro be an
upgrade or do I need to buy the full version? Also, I have 3 computers at my
home, can I install on more than one?

Office XP Pro is qualifying software for the upgrade version Office 2007
Pro. A retail version may be installed on ONE computer, and ONE portable
for the exclusive use by the Primary user on the computer that Office is
installed on. At a minimum you will need two, and maybe 3 copies
depending on the computers and users.
