Upgrading from OEM to Retail

Can you upgrade Office 2003 versions which are OEM, with the corresponding
Office 2007 versions that are retail upgrades?

Yes. Remember to keep the installation discs for both Office 2003 and
Office 2007, because you'll need both if you ever need to reinstall the
Office 2007 upgrade software.
