Upgrading from Office Small Bus. Ed. 2003 to Office Pro 2003

I have Office Small Business Edition 2003. I also have the Office
Professional 2003 upgrade. Right now when I try to perform the upgrade, it
says I need a previously installed version of Office 97, 2000, or XP (not SB
Ed. 2003).

Is there a way I can perform the upgrade?

Sure...with a disk from one of the qualifying programs that it says you
need.

Office 2003 installation does not allow a "cross-grade" from within the
Office 2003 series. You would need an earlier version of Office than 2003
or one of it's components to qualify the upgrade.

Office 2007 does allow same series cross-grade but this was the first series
of Office products to allow it.
