Upgrading from Office Standard 03 to Office Pro 07

I would like to upgrade from Office Standard 2003 to Office Professional
2007. Do I buy an upgrade version or do I have to buy a whole new licence?

You can buy the Upgrade version which will come with a new license

As Peter said, Upgrade. Just make sure you keep the original Office
Standard '03 disk (tape the '03 case with CD to the '07 case) in case the
Pro '07 ever needs to be reinstalled. Without the '03 disk the install of
'07 would fail.
