upgrading from Office XP SBE to Office 2003 Prof

L

louise

I will be upgrading from Office XP SBE with a separate copy
of Access 2002 and a separate copy of Frontpage, to Office
2003 Professional.

Is it best to uninstall Office XP SBE, Access and Frontpage
and then install the new Office 2003 Pro?

Could I - but more importantly, should I, just install over
Office XP?

TIA

Louise

Hi, louise,

There shouldn't be any problem installing on top, however, with that mix of
SKUs, I think I would uninstall the existing apps and then install Office
2003. Just a gut feel; it seems less likely that the installer would get
confused about what it's upgrading.
