Upgrading from Office XP Small Bus Ed 2002

MS Office XP Small Business Edition (SBE) 2002 does NOT
include PowerPoint. As the most feasible way to
(legally) obtain PowerPoint software, I purchased MS
Office Student and Teacher Edition (STE) 2003 (full
version, not the upgrade.) Must I uninstall SBE 2002
before installing STE 2003, or can I simply install just
the PowerPoint 2003 component as an addition to SBE 2002?
