upgrading from Project server 2003 and 2007

Hi All:
Whats a good resource or step by step guide for upgrading project server
2003 (running in SQL server 2000) to 2007 (going to be running SQL server
2005 and Sharepoint services 3)

Also worth searching this newsgroup for migration information. Note that
there isn't an inplace upgrade option.
