upgrading from SE to PRO

Bought a lap top with a trial version of Office 2003 SE on it and have used
it. Now I've purchased Office 2003 Pro and want to know how to install the
Pro version and not have multiple copies of Word, Excel, etc.... or do I not
have to worry about it?
