Upgrading from Visio Professional 2003 to Pro 2007

I have Visio Pro 2003 installed on my PC (Win XP). If I buy Visio Pro 2007
Upgrade ($350), will I get the full functionality of Visio Pro 2007? Are
there limitations or issues?

The only difference between the upgrade and the full version is the price
and the requirement that you have a previous version of Visio that qualifies
for the upgrade. If I remember correctly, Visio 2003 Standard qualifies as
an upgradable version for the Visio 2007 Pro upgrade.

I just want to be certain that buying Visio Pro 2007 Upgrade will work with
Visio Pro 2003 (full version) installed - and be aware of any limitations. It
would be a lot of money to waste.

I can't find this specific information in the product specs. (Or more
details about the "License Lock Box" options in the purchase flow.)

Any suggestions?

After you do the upgrade, you will have the same product that you would get
by installing the full version of Visio 2007 pro, but you would have some
money left over.
