Upgrading multiple users pst to unicode

I've got a deptartment of roughly 300 users who are on Outlook 2000
with .pst files stored remotely. I would like to be able to run a
conversion tool or something that would easily upgrade those .pst files
to Unicode. Is there any utility or way to do this without having to
manually create a unicode .pst file and import the contents for each
user?
