Upgrading Office XP Std to Office 2003 Pro

We'd like to upgrade our existing Office XP Std installations to Office 2003
Pro. It looks like I could configure a .MST file to just uninstall XP Std and
then install 2003 Pro. It sounds simple, but am I missing anything here? Are
there any 'gotchas' in this type of migration?
