Upgrading Outlook 2003 to 2007, add-ins a problem!

Hi, we have around 350 machines running Office 2003 suite. In preparation of
our Exchange 2007 deployment, we want to upgrade all clients to Outlook 2007
(not whole Office).

The problem: Many clients have all sorts of add-ins installed (Acrobat,
GotoMeeting etc) and when the Outlook client is upgraded to 2007 we have
problmes due to incompatibilities with the add-ins and the Outlook 2007
version.

My question: What is the best way to deploy the upgrade with the add-ins? Is
there a way to scan the network for installed outlook add-ins, and if so is
that really going to be helpful to me? They will most likely need to be
disabled before the upgrade, then the updated add-ins re-installed. And even
then, not everyone has the same add-ins which would make scripting the
process a nightmare!
