Upgrading PPT2000 to PPT2002, and add-ins

When upgrading from PowerPoint 2000 to 2002, what should I do about any
PowerPoint add-ins?
Should I uninstall them...
should I unload them from the Tools menu then reload after upgrading...
or should I leave them alone & let PPT handle it?

You just need to make sure that PowerPoint is not running when you upgrade
from PowerPoint 2000 to 2002. The add-ins would be taken care of during
upgrades. They are left where they are and would be available in the
upgraded version too.
