I currently have FrontPage 2000. Can I simply purchase the FrontPage 2003
upgrade and bypass FrontPage 2002 all together?

Yes....FP2000 is a qualifying upgrade product.

However you don't mention your operating system - you need Win 2000 (plus
Sp2 or SP3??) or Windows XP (home or Professional).
