UPGRADING QUESTION

I am currently running Office 97, but I want to upgrade
to Office 2000. My question is do I have to uninstall or
remove office 97 and then install office 2000 or can I
just install office 2000 over top of office 97 to upgrade?

No, you do not have to uninstall Office 97 first, just

insert the cd and it will ask you if you want to install.
Click Upgrade.
