Upgrading to Access 2003

We have a customer who is running Office XP Standard which does not contain
Access. I need to know if that qualifies for the upgrade instead of full
retail version. I did see the document "How to Buy" under Access. But it says
Microsoft Works 6.0, 7.0 and 8.0 qualify. I was under the impression you had
to have a prior version of Access in order to qualify for the upgrade
version. Could someone please clear this up for me. Thanks.

Don't know how you missed it, but the Access 2003 How to buy page lists "Office XP Standard" as a qualifying
product.

Don't ask me why, because Office XP Standard doesn't include Access. Well, if it says that it is a qualifying
product, then it is a qualifying product.
