Upgrading to accquire business Contact Manager

I recently purchased OFFICE STANDARD 2003, thinking it contained BCM. I know
now that it does now. Can this add-in be purchased separately and downloaded
or do I need to buy yet another addition of Office to obtain it?

No, BCM is not available standalone. It comes as part of Office 2003
Professional and Small Business Editions.
