Upgrading to FP

Newbie question.

I'm responsible for upgrading a site. It has file extensions of .asp, .inc,
..jsc and .vsc. I think these last two are for java and vb.

The code is all done using notepad as an editor. What's avaiilable to
convert it to FP? TIA George.
