Should you upgrade to SP1 first before you perform the SP2 upgrade. It seems
that we had not done the SP1 upgrade to the exchange box, although it was
downloaded. I figured it like this, do the exhange SP1 upgrade, run it for a
week to make sure there is no problems and then install SP2.
