I have Upgraded from Visio 2000 to Visio 2003. I get an error message when I
attempt to open the @ 85% of the files that are saved on my C drive.
Error reads:
Visio Internal Error #2135
Action 1002 Open
Fistr try closing then reopening the file. Next try restarting Visio
