I understand Outlook 2003 is pretty nifty with spam
filters. Can I purchase just a 2003 outlook upgrade
withou upgrading the whole office suite? Can I download
the upgrade from Microsoft?

You'll have a better experience if you have word and outlook on the same
version.

You can purchase a standalone version of outlook for ~$100US, or the
standard suite for about double. If you are a student, are the parent of at
k-12 student and are using it only at home for non-commercial use, look for
the student and teacher version.

Thanks for the info. Should I wait for 2004? Has 2003
been out a long time?
