upgrate Outlook to fax (which one, and where)

I want to fax with Outlook 97. Therefore I have to upgrate
Outlook 97. I cannot find the upgrate, I want. Where can I
find it?

There is no "fax upgrade" for Outlook 97. Outlook 97 was simply designed to
work with the fax software in existence at the time Outlook 97 roamed the
earth (which was the last millennium, by the way): Microsoft Fax in Windows
95.
