Upload confusion

Hi

I have just switched from DW4 view to DWMX view. In DW4 view you have the
good old Remote on the left local on the right and you just drop the files
to remote. This DWMX view must be better. I just do not get it. You have two
jump menus that I have tried to find a combination of Remote and Local to do
the drag and drop trick. No success. I have managed to upload pages doing
trial and error method. If I first go to local and Copy the page and then go
to Remote my Paste function does not function? Any advice?
