upload document to internet website

I am trying to upload a Microsoft Office Word 2003 document to an internet
website (santacruz jobs.com). Santa Cruz Jobs is not clear on how to do this
and help from Office was not helpful. Evidently you can upload and paste from
the main menu to this website. I have tried everything and nothing works.

Does anyone have some exact direction in order to accomplish this task?

website works or doesn't work. Office Help does not, and should
not, contain help instructions for the santacruzjobs.com website.
The "main menu" you mention is the main menu of the
santacruzjobs.com website, not the main menu of Word. Not sure
where you got the idea that you're supposed to "paste from the
main menu to this website". Burger flippers at MickeyD's are
required to have better reading, reasoning, and problem-solving
skills than you have exhibited here.
