Upload form denial

Hello,
I was wondering why I am having this problem all of the
sudden.

I have created a subweb in FP and I given it different
permission as the parent web. Browser anonymous and I
added 1 user in the extensions with a browser account.

When I go to the URL it asks for User and Password which
is what I want. I enter in the browser account and I am
denied (this is a OWC user browser). I used to be able to
get in. If I use my Administrator account I can enter and
use the form (The form works fine) .I have tried many
methods of Authentication but nothing works.I have added
the user to the security tab on the permissions also and
it will not let me in? wierd, very wierd?
Are the extensions damaged?

Howdy.

If you want a secured Web visitor to upload documents,
try giving them the Contributor. If that doesn't do it,
try trhe Author role.
