upload icon for pictures & videos lost: is not on page.

What do I do to restores icons on my computer.

When I use another computer outside of my home, icons are there on the
sight.

So, I know it has something to do with my computer in being able to
see upload icons.

If you are talking about a Publisher built website, then post the URL to the
page where you are having the problem.

If it is not a Pub website issue, then it sounds like it may be a windows
issue, in which case post your question in the appropriate windows
newsgroup.
