Upload Speed Required

I am hosting a PWA on an ADSL connection, the upload speed is about 250kbps.
Does anyone know if there are any recomendations for what is teh minimum
speed you would need for acceptable performance for connecting over the
internet?

Hi Diggers,

I have tested the saving of a project on an ADSL line with 128kb/s up
speed - it seemed quite fine to me...

I also know some-one who actually uses it over a dial-up connection and she
doesn't complain too much.
