Uploading a Pic or a Photo on runtime???

Hey Greetings once again;
I need to know is there a way to possible upload pics or any other images
into a running database on MS Access on runtime? Once the database is
running: is there a possible way to upload an image or picture on runtime.
Ill be very glad for any help you can give me guys.

work in runtime as well:
