Uploading - Change in Duration2

Hello ALL,
I tried uploading a Project Plan in Project Server 2002.
I have a calendar that is 24 hours/day.
There is a problem that I am facing uploading the plan.
When I upload the plan, Actual hours worked remain the
same but the Duration ( in days ) changes.There is a
variance between the Baseline Duration and Actual
duration once the plan is uploaded, What could be the
problem?
I am still facing the same problem.
The hours remain the same but working days changes.
My project plan has 24 hour calendar.
Any help appreciated.

does it look like that PWA is still calculating the days based on 8 hrs/day?
