Uploading Documents

Is the new indicator set for a period of time or do you have to open the
document that has been uploaded for the new indicator to no longer show up?

Uploading documents to WHERE?

How can a question be a suggestion? Please do NOT check the box for
"suggestion" when you are NOT making a suggestion.
