uploading my office to my new second computer

i have office 2003 on my desktop, i put it on when i bought the system 3
years ago. i just bought a laptop and i was wondering if i could legally put
my same copy of office onto my desktop w/o having to buy it again. i own the
copy, and both computers.

Then you should be able to, but read your EULA to confirm.
And BTW, you DON'T "own" the software, you own a LICENCE to use it....
