I need some guidance on the following.. I've created a form that collects
certain data from a user. I want the user to be able to upload a PDF file
that belongs to that record. This is for a medical database and most records
have supporting documents in PDF format that need to be saved with their
corresponding record.
The user should be able to view any particular record and open up that PDF
file if needed.
How do I do this? I'm completely lost in this. Thanks for your assistance.
